The following information has been filed in the Criminal Division of Marion County District Court:

Silke Jahnke, domestic battery, criminal damage to property; made first appearance and posted $500 bond; first appearance at 1:15 p.m. Aug. 16.

Lewis Ray Litton, order of continuance of preliminary hearing at 9:30 a.m. Aug. 2.

Isrel Ocampo, order of continuance of preliminary hearing at 9:30 a.m. Aug. 2.

Kimberly M. Harris, arraignment at 9:45 a.m. July 24.

Christopher Gibson, order for continuance at 9:45 a.m. Aug. 15.

Dale Bentley, charged with criminal threat, battery, DUI, no liability insurance, unlawful acts with vehicle; pleaded guilty to battery and DUI; sentenced to six months for count two and six months for count three, consecutive; defendant is to serve 48 hours; 12 months supervised probation with courts services officer; $117 costs, $25 probation fee, $500 fine for count three, $150 fee, $45 booking fee, and $400 attorney's fees; 20 hours community service work.

David M. Gore, charged with possession of depressant, stimulants, hallucinogenics, steroids; possession of controlled substances or drug paraphernalia; pleaded guilty to both charges; sentenced to six months for count one and six months for count two, consecutive; one-year supervised probation; 50 hours community service work; must obtain a drug/alcohol evaluation at own expense; $117 costs, $25 probation fee, $45 booking fee, and $400 attorney's fees.

James W. Steele, hearing rescheduled to 1:15 p.m. Aug. 15.

Robert Holtsclaw, charged with criminal depravation of property; sentenced to one year; 12 months unsupervised probation; probation can be transferred to Sedgwick County; $117 costs, $25 probation fee, $45 booking fee, and $400 attorney's fees; 25 hours community service work.

Holly A. Dexter, plead not guilty; jury trial at 8:30 a.m. Nov. 2.

Timothy B. Johnson, possession of depressant, stimulants, hallucinogenics, steroids; possession of stimulated controlled substances or drug paraphernalia; bond appearance at 10:30 a.m. July 24.

Bradley A. Davidson, sentencing at 11 a.m. Aug. 15.

Kris Jones, plea hearing rescheduled at 9:45 a.m. Aug. 21.
