The following information has been filed in the Criminal Division of Marion County District Court:

Rebecca Tammen, charged with possession of hallucinogenic and possession of drug paraphernalia; bond appearance at 10:30 a.m. March 28.

Cody Cavannaugh, charged with possession of hallucinogenic, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while license suspended, and speed; bond appearance at 10:30 a.m. March 28.

Nichole R. Waldbauer, charged with two counts giving worthless check; bond appearance at 10:30 a.m. March 28.

Angela Christine Brown, first appearance at 9:45 a.m. April 4.

Timothy J. Hett, status hearing at 9:45 a.m. May 2.

Joshua Lillich, charged with possession of anhydrous ammonia for illegal production; journal entry of judgment, defendant sentenced to five months with secretary of correction, 12 months supervised probation with court service officer, complete 25 hours community service work, refrain from use of alcohol/drugs, submit to BB/U testing, no contact with co-defendants, gain/maintain employment, serve 48 hours for failure to take/pass UA, submit to DNA testing, not possess/purchase or receive by transport firearm and/or ammunition for five years, pay costs and fines of $202.
