David Bostic, charged with furnishing alcohol to minor; first appearance at 10:30 a.m. Aug. 22.
Otho H. Browning, motion hearing at 10 a.m. Aug. 3.
Charles Turner, charged with theft; dismissal without prejudice, costs assessed to state.
Anthony Nowak, charged with two counts giving worthless check; bond appearance at 10:30 a.m. Aug. 1.
Dustin Shiplet, preliminary hearing 10 a.m. Aug. 17.
Cody Cavannaugh, arraignment at 9:45 a.m. Aug. 22.
Jeremiah J. Johnson, charged with attempted sale/offer hallucinogenic, no tax stamp, and possession of drug paraphernalia; plea of guilty to count one, count two and three dismissed, 16 months controlling sentence with secretary of correction, 18 months immediate supervised probation with community corrections, refrain from alcohol/drugs, submit to bb/u testing, obtain drug/alcohol evaluation and follow at own expense, no contact with Elmer Hayes Jr., gain/maintain employment, serve 48 hours for every failure to pass UA, submit to DNA testing, not possess/purchase/receive/transport, or use firearms for five years, pay costs and fees of $1,047.
