Criminal cases

The following information has been filed in the Criminal Division of Marion County District Court:

Dustin Glenn, charged with obstructing legal process; arraignment at 9:45 a.m. Oct. 12.

Reuben Browning, charged with giving worthless check; first appearance hearing at 10:30 a.m. Oct. 4.

Melissa Browning, charged with two counts giving worthless check; first appearance hearing at 10:30 a.m. Oct. 4.

Kelli Bowen, sentencing at 10 a.m. Oct. 13.

Kent Rich, arraignment at 9:45 a.m. Sept. 14.

Nicole Schermerhorn, diversion agreement terminated, arraignment at 2:15 p.m. Oct. 25.

Kaye Risser, charged with giving worthless check; state requests matter dismissed, court costs and restitution paid in full.

Robert L. Turner II, charged with possession of hallucinogenics; journal entry of conviction and sentencing, defendant appears with attorney, enters plea of no contest, sentenced six months custody of Marion County Sheriff's Office, placed on 24 months immediate supervised probation with court service officer, refrain from alcohol/drugs, submit to bb/u testing, serve 48 hours for every positive drug/alcohol test, refusal, or admission, pay costs and fees of $742.

David L. Erwin, charged with two counts enforcement license, three counts taking or dealing in wildlife, methods of taking wildlife, unlawful discharge of firearms, and criminal hunting; all charges dismissed by prosecutor, costs assessed to state.

Joseph Bauer, probation revoked, to serve 15 days with MNSO, 12 months supervised probation with cso, obtain/maintain employment within 30 days of release, if failed employment must serve 48 weekend hours at jail until employed, obtain updated drug/alcohol evaluation, obtain mental health evaluation for anger management, pay additional attorney fees.

Michael L. Nance, motion to suppress hearing at 10:15 a.m. Sept. 14.

Timothy J. Hett, charged with manufacturing controlled substance, possession of narcotics, possession of paraphernalia to grow, distribute narcotics, and attempted theft; journal entry of judgment, sentenced to 15 months controlling term with secretary of correction, 18 months immediate supervised probation with community corrections, 50 hours community service work, not possess/consume alcohol/drugs, submit to bb/u testing, gain and maintain employment, submit to DNA testing, complete mandatory drug treatment, serve 48 hours in jail for every positive drug/alcohol test, pay cost and fees of $602.
