Tasha Meredith, charged with possession of hallucinogenic; first appearance hearing at 10:30 a.m. Dec. 6.

John Smith, charged with two counts giving worthless check; first appearance hearing held 10:30 a.m. Nov. 15.

Tabitha T. Cherry, charged with giving worthless check; journal entry of conviction and sentencing, defendant pleads no contest, 30-day controlling sentence, six months unsupervised probation, costs and restitution to be paid within 90 days.

Eric D. Henderson, plea agreement with waiver of rights, defendant enters plea of no contest to amended count one of domestic battery, state will dismiss remaining charges, sentencing at 1:45 p.m. Dec. 14.

Reuben Browning, charged with giving worthless check; state requests matter dismissed, restitution and court costs paid in full.
