The following information has been filed in the Criminal Division of Marion County District Court:

Benjamin Brunson, charged with disorderly conduct; bond appearance held Nov. 15.

George M. Gore, charged with disorderly conduct; bond appearance held Nov. 15.

Joshua Lillich, preliminary hearing at 10 a.m. Jan. 5.

Joshua Ames Cody, preliminary hearing at 9 a.m. Dec. 7.

Christopher Lesslie, preliminary hearing at 10 a.m. Jan. 5.

Timothy Janzen, diversion status check at 9:45 a.m. Dec. 14.

Chad D. Carr, preliminary hearing at 10 a.m. Jan. 5.

Janice N. Nelson, charged with giving worthless check; dismissal, restitution and court costs paid in full.

Zackaria M. Remmers, charged with possession of hallucinogenic and possession of drug paraphernalia; journal entry of sentencing, 90-day controlling sentence for count two, defendant to serve 48 hours and be given credit for 24 hours already served, 12 months supervised probation with court service officer, pay $542 in costs and fees.

Tina Wyant, charged with possession of narcotic drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving while license suspended; journal entry of conviction of sentencing, defendant pleads no contest to count two and three, count one dismissed, one year controlling sentence in custody of Marion County Sheriff's office on count two and 30 days on count three, concurrent, immediate supervised one year probation with cso for each count, concurrent, complete drug/alcohol evaluation and follow recommendation at own expense, pay $200 fine on count three, fine suspended on condition defendant successfully completes probation, pay court costs and fees of $598.

Justin L. Chrisjohn, charged with felony, possession of hallucinogenic, and possession of drug paraphernalia; journal entry of sentencing, defendant appears with attorney, 90 days controlling sentence with MNSO on count two, and 90 days, count three, consecutive, immediate 12 months probation for each count, concurrent with cso, serve 48 hours in county jail for every positive drug/alcohol test/refusal/ admission, not enter establishment with primary income from alcohol, obtain drug/alcohol evaluation and follow recommendation at own expense, complete 25 hours community service work, pay costs and fees of $942.

Kelli Bowen, charged with possession of drugs, possession of hallucinogenic, and possession of drug paraphernalia; journal entry of sentencing, 90 days controlling sentence with MNSO on count two and 90 days, count three, consecutive, 12 months supervised probation with cso, complete and obtain GED and infant/toddler program, follow recommendations of drug/alcohol evaluation, pay costs and fees of $442, with $117 being waived.

Gary Armstrong, motion to revoke at 9:45 a.m. Dec. 14.

John Collier, charged with purchase/consumption of alcohol by minor; abstract of conviction mailed.

David D. Herb, charged with vehicular homicide; journal entry, defendant changes plea to no contest, sentenced nine months with MNSO, fines and fees of $525, imprisonment portion of sentence shall be suspended and defendant placed on 24 months probation with 12 months supervised by cso, 12 months unsupervised, 100 hours csw, monitor medical condition and follow recommendation, continue to cooperate with investigation.
