The following information has been filed in the Criminal Division of Marion County District Court:

Donald J. Richmond, criminal damage to property, DUI, failure to report accident, transporting an open container; preliminary hearing at 9:30 a.m. Sept. 6.

Isaac J. Good, preliminary hearing rescheduled to 9:30 a.m. Sept. 20.

Richard D. Hill, court binds defendant over on one count of possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, level four drug felony; arraignment at 1:30 p.m. Sept. 18.

Richard D. Hill, court binds defendant over on one count of aggravated burglary, level five person felony; arraignment at 1:30 p.m. Sept. 18.

Lewis Ray Litton, defendant bound over for one count of DUI, unclassified non-person felony after having three times been previously convicted of same; bond conditions include refraining from alcohol/drugs, submit to a urine analysis, shall not drive a motor vehicle without valid driver's license; arraignment at 2:30 p.m. Sept. 18.

William I. Boone, defendant waives counsel; arraignment set at 9:45 a.m. Sept. 18.

Joseph Cooper, arraignment at 9 a.m. Sept. 19.

Joshua Vines, arraignment at 10:45 a.m. Sept. 12.

Keith Hurst, arraignment at 9:45 a.m. Sept. 12.

Chastity Christyauntie, arraignment at 9:45 a.m. Sept. 18.

Daniel Tucker, maintaining a public nuisance, failure to pay toll (roads and bridges), solid waste violations; charges dismissed without prejudice with cost assessed to the state.

Shelia Deines, status hearing at 10 a.m. Sept. 12.

Devona Thompson, jury trial begins at 8:30 a.m. Oct. 19.

Jesse Alan Branson, possession of depressant/stimulants/hallucinogenics/ steroids, possession of simulated controlled substances or drug paraphernalia, DUI; defendant pled guilty to DUI; six months controlling sentence for count two, six months controlling sentence for count three, time shall be concurrent with each other, 48 hours in Marion County Sheriff's custody, supervised probation with Court Services Officer for 12 months; ordered to pay courts costs of $128, probation fees of $25, fine of $500 for count three, booking fee of $45, and additional fees of $550; ordered to complete 25 hours of community service work.
