Clifton Richmond, domestic battery, physical contact with a family member; sentenced to a controlling sentence of 60 days in the custody of Marion County Sheriff; placed on immediate unsupervised probation for a period of one year, shall follow standard terms and conditions of probation including serving 48 hours in Marion County Jail for every positive drug/alcohol test, refusal to submit, or admission of usage, no contact with victim except as necessary for child visitation, and ordered to pay $128 court costs, and other fees as determined by the court.
