Kevin Neufeld, charged with purchase/consumption of alcohol by minor; state requests matter dismissed per stipulation of probation in another case, costs assessed to state.

Eric D. Henderson, charged with domestic battery, having previous conviction; journal entry of sentencing, six months controlling sentence in custody of Marion County Sheriff's Office, nine months immediate supervised probation with court service officer, costs and fees of $717, complete counseling program on domestic violence and follow recommendation at own expense, no contact with victim unless written request by victim.

Lon Kerbs charged with criminal threat, criminal trespass, driving while license suspended, and transporting open container; judgment entry of sentencing six months controlling sentence for count two, six months for count three, and 10 days for count four, counts two and three consecutive to each other and count four concurrent, immediate one year supervised probation with cso for count two and one year for count three consecutive, obtain drug/alcohol evaluation at own expense and follow recommendation, not possess firearms but allowed to use firearms belonging to others as long as they are present and usage is lawful, pay costs and fees of $392.

Ronald Lee Johnson, charged with no tax stamp, possession of hallucinogenic, and possession of drug paraphernalia; journal entry of judgment, nine months controlling term with secretary of correction for count one and six months for count two and three with sheriff's office, 12 months supervised probation with cso, complete 25 hours community service work, ot consume alcohol or drugs, submit to bb/u testing, gain/maintain employment, submit to DNA testing and pay costs, complete drug/alcohol evaluation and follow recommendation, no contact with E. Puttroff, B. Puttroff, and Shelly Vest, pay costs and fees of $752.
