Echo L. Smith, two counts of giving a worthless check; first appearance at 11:15 a.m. Feb. 5.
Bennie Wood, defendant waived preliminary hearing and bound over on one count of possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine; sentencing at 11 a.m. Feb. 26.
