Vincent Taylor, attempted theft of service less than $1,000; amended by inter-lineation to attempted theft of service, a class B misdemeanor, defendant pleaded guilty to amended charge, sentenced to a controlling sentence of 10 days in the custody of Marion County Sheriff Department, placed on immediate unsupervised probation for six months, ordered to pay court costs of $128 and restitution of $177.28 to the City of Marion.

Vincent Taylor, fleeing or attempting to elude a law enforcement officer, operating a motor vehicle without a license; court dismisses matter without prejudice, court costs assessed to the state.
