The following information has been filed in the criminal division of Marion County District Court:

Joseph Lee Caudle, aggravated battery, aggravated assault, assault on a law enforcement officer, obstructing legal process in felony case, endangering a child under the age of 18; first appearance hearing at 10:30 a.m. March 11.

Jarome D. Creed, domestic battery; arraignment hearing at 9:45 a.m. March 17.

Marvin R. Schwertfeger, defendant pleaded not guilty to battery and disorderly conduct; status hearing at 9:45 a.m. March 11.

Thad R. Looper, criminal damage to property less than $500; case dismissed.

Jordan Lee Trapp, two counts of giving a worthless check less than $500.

Angela Dawn Herzet, arraignment hearing at 9:45 a.m. March 24.

Douglas B. Stotts, first appearance hearing at 10:30 a.m. March 11.

Amiee Lynn Drollinger, first appearance hearing at 9:45 a.m. March 11.

Michael E. Richmond, bond appearance hearing for failure to appear at 10:30 a.m. March 6.

Brady May, arraignment held, defendant pleaded not guilty, jury trial to begin at 8:30 a.m. April 30, instructions due April 22.

Brian Anderson, status hearing at 9:45 a.m. March 24.

Douglas Bryant Eden, original charge of criminal restraint was amended by county attorney to disorderly conduct, domestic battery.

Marcus Abe Penner, eavesdropping; defendant entered into a deferred adjudication agreement.

Michael S. Nelson, aggravated indecent liberties with a child under the age of 14, lewd and lascivious behavior, exposure to an individual under the age of 16 (violation date of Jan. 1, 2007); motion hearing at 1:15 p.m. April 28, jury trial to begin at 8:30 a.m. June 23.

Justin Harmon, sentencing hearing rescheduled to 11 a.m. March 24.

Marc A. Thomas, plea hearing at 11:30 a.m. March 17.

Darrel D. Heslet, original charge of aggravated indecent liberties with a child under the age of 14 was amended to aggravated sexual battery; defendant pleaded no contest to aggravated sexual battery as part of a plea agreement with the county attorney, as part of the agreement the defendant agreed to 48 months with the department of corrections; a pre-sentence investigation report was due to the court by March 5, sentencing hearing at 11 a.m. March 11.

Michael Nelson, domestic battery (violation date of July 12, 2007); defendant pleaded no contest to counts one and two as part of a plea agreement on another criminal case, the court dismissed domestic battery as part of the agreement; sentencing hearing at 10:30 a.m. March 12.

William M. Hess, plea hearing rescheduled to 9:45 a.m. march 17.
