Ryan Michael Robertson, possession of opiates, opium, or narcotic drugs, possession of simulated controlled substances or drug paraphernalia; first appearance at 10:30 a.m. March 13.

Gary Wayne Stegman, violation of a protective order, criminal trespass; first appearance at 10:30 a.m. March 13.

Madonna Schafers, criminal damage to property less than $500; first appearance at 10:30 a.m. March 13.

Joshua Moore, obstructing legal process, driving under influence of alcohol or drugs; matters dismissed, costs assessed to the state.

Ronald Jaquis II, two counts of theft by deception of less than $500; pleaded not guilty, jury trial at 8:30 a.m. April 5.

Randy Herbel, rape, sexual intercourse with a child less than 14 years of age, aggravated indecent liberties with a child less than 14 years of age; defendant waived right to formal arraignment and entered a plea of not guilty; jury trial to begin at 8:30 a.m. March 29.

David M. Gore, motion to revoke probation at 10:45 a.m. April 2.

Richard D. Hill, status hearing at 9:45 a.m. March 26.

Jack Meredith, burglary, theft of more than $500 and less than $25,000; probation is reinstated with community corrections and to be successfully completed at Labette facility; after completing probation at Labette, defendant is to be on probation with community corrections for six months and pay $108 to Marion County Attorney's office for physical examination for his entrance to Labette; Marion County Sheriff's Department will transport defendant to and from Labette.

Janette Bieri, manufacturing of a controlled substance, attempted possession of opiates, opium, or narcotic drugs, theft by deception of $500 to $25,000, possession of simulated controlled substances or drug paraphernalia, possession of depressant, stimulants, hallucinogenics, steroids, theft by deception of less than $500, trespassing on railroad property without consent of owner; court finds defendant guilty of one count of attempted possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.

Kevin Neufeld, criminal damage to property less than $500, purchase/consumption of alcohol by a minor, violation date of May 1, 2006; arraignment at 11:15 a.m. March 5.

Issac J. Good, burglary, theft by deception of $500 to $25,000, violation date of May 15, 2006; bench trial at 9 a.m. April 13.
