The following information has been filed in the Criminal Division of Marion County District Court:

Daniel R. Denham, aggravated assault; arraignment at 9:45 a.m. March 26.

Paula D. Harris, giving a worthless check less than $500; first appearance at 10:30 a.m. March 13.

Corey P. Christensen, sentencing at 9:45 a.m. April 11.

Mindy Besch, sentencing at 9:45 a.m. April 11.

Brent E. Rauh, theft of less than $1,000; defendant pleaded guilty and sentenced to a six-month controlling sentence in the custody of Marion County Sheriff to be consecutive with other conviction, immediate supervised probation with community corrections for 24 months to be concurrent with other conviction, and pay court costs of $128.

Connie Gage, eight counts of giving a worthless check less than $500; defendant pleaded guilty to count one, court dismissed remaining counts with prejudice; defendant sentenced to a controlling term of one year in the custody of Marion County Sheriff, placed on immediate unsupervised probation for 12 months, pay court costs of $128, booking fee of $45, and restitution of $1,432 which must be paid in full within 30 days, and shall not maintain a checking account.

Joshua Moore, DUI, obstructing legal process in misdemeanor case; matters are dismissed without prejudice, costs assessed to the state.

Echo L. Smith, three counts of giving a worthless check less than $500; defendant waived right to counsel, entered a plea of guilty for count one, counts two and three were dismissed with prejudice, defendant is given 30-day controlling sentence, six months unsupervised probation, and must pay $128 court costs, $45 booking fee, and $723 in restitution.

Leah A. January, possession of opiates, opium, or narcotic drugs, possession of depressants, stimulants, hallucinogenics, or steroids, possession of simulated controlled substances or drug paraphernalia; bond appearance at 9:30 a.m. March 21.

John Bram, possession of depressants, stimulants, hallucinogenics, and steroids, possession of simulated controlled substances or drug paraphernalia; defendant waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to all charges, matter set for jury trial at 8:30 a.m. March 30; jury instructions due by March 22.

Stacey Alan Deines, hearing at 1:15 p.m. March 26.

Jeromy James, defendant waived probation violation hearing, court revokes probation, defendant began serving four consecutive weekends in custody of Marion County Sheriff beginning Feb. 16, supervised probation is reinstated for a period of 12 months with community corrections, and shall be subject to all original standard terms and conditions.

Charlene R. Bram, preliminary hearing at 9:30 a.m. April 4.

Todd A. Long, theft by deception of less than $500; sentencing hearing held, defendant sentenced to a controlling sentence of 90 days in the custody of Marion County Sheriff, will serve 10 days and was given credit for five, to serve five days beginning Feb. 2 before 6 p.m. for 48 hours and each weekend thereafter for three consecutive weekends, placed on immediate supervised probation for 18 months with court services officer, shall serve 48 hours in jail for each positive drug/alcohol test, refusal, or admission of usage, shall not enter any establishment whose primary source of income is from the sale of alcohol or cereal malt beverages, complete 25 hours of community service work, shall not have contact with victim, and other stipulations.
