Patrick Torres, charged with three counts making a false writing and three counts theft; journal entry of judgment, sentenced to controlling underlying term of 14 months with secretary of correction, six months on count four ordered to run consecutively to eight months imposed on count one, all other counts run concurrently to each other, defendant placed on 18 months supervised probation with court service officer, 25 hours community service work, refrain from use of alcohol or drugs, submit to random bb/u testing, gain and maintain employment, serve 48 hours sanction failure to take or pass UA, submit to DNA, pay costs and fees of $687, and restitution to Moore Inc.
