Randy Herbel, rape of a child less than 14 years of age, violation date of Aug. 1, 2006; defendant appeared from warrant and was indigent, court appointed attorney Kevin Loeffler, bond set at $50,000, if defendant bonds out must set up electronic monitoring; preliminary hearing at 9:30 a.m. April 4.

Shelly Thomas, trustee aid of execution at 9:30 a.m. May 16.

Ira B. Johnson, trustee hearing at 8 a.m. April 18.

Carl Eugene Remmers, arraignment continued to 9:45 a.m. April 10.

Jesse A. Boucher, diversion/appearance or plea hearing at 9:45 a.m. April 23.

Gary Wayne Stegman, arraignment continued at 9:45 a.m. April 23.

Cathy D. Martin, arraignment held, defendant pleaded not guilty to battery against a law enforcement officer, disorderly conduct, assault; status hearing at 9:45 a.m. April 23.

Casey Purk, pleaded not guilty to domestic battery; jury trial at 8:30 a.m. May 17, instructions due May 9.

Desmond Quinones, status hearing at 9:45 a.m. May 15.

Jeremy Griggs, status hearing at 9:45 a.m. May 15.

Joseph E. Apps, defendant appeared on bond and is indigent, court appointed David Harger as attorney; $500 bond, defendant to sign waiver of extradition; arraignment at 9:45 a.m. April 23.

Jeremiah L. Strotkamp, made bond appearance for contempt of court, status hearing at 9:45 a.m. April 10.

Jennifer Michelle Miller, giving a worthless check less than $500, charge dismissed, bond converted to fines, penalties, and forfeitures.

Christopher L. Ramsey, status hearing at 9:45 a.m. April 10.

Billie J. Fleming, motion hearing rescheduled to 9 a.m. April 19; jury trial at 8:30 a.m. April 30.

Dennis W. Hancock, status hearing at 9:45 a.m. May 15.

Randy Herbel, two counts of rape of a child less than 14 years of age, aggravated indecent liberties with a child, violation date of Aug. 1, 2006; defendant waived right to preliminary hearing on counts two and three, court accepted waiver and bound defendant over on one count of rape and one count of indecent liberties with a child, court dismissed count one without prejudice; jury trial continued to 8:30 a.m. June 13-14, jury instructions due by June 4. Court ordered all motions be heard at 1:15 p.m. May 2 and all motions filed by April 30.

Richard D. Hill, status hearing to revoke probation at 1:15 p.m. April 16.

Joshua Kent McCarty, attempted giving a worthless check less than $500; defendant appeared on bond, waived counsel at this time, arraignment at 9:45 a.m. April 23.
