The following information has been filed in the criminal division of Marion County District Court:

Johnathan C. Nesser, arraignment hearing rescheduled to 9:45 a.m. April 28.

Stacey R. Neufeldt, defendant is indigent or partially indigent and attorney Don Snapp is appointed, defendant is to pay $50 per month beginning April 24 and each month thereafter until further ordered, bond is to continue; arraignment hearing at 1:15 p.m. April 14.

Mitchell A. Neuwirth, arraignment hearing rescheduled to 9:45 a.m. April 28.

Jarome D. Creed, diversion status check hearing rescheduled to 9:45 a.m. April 28.

Michael E. Richmond, arraignment hearing rescheduled to 9:45 a.m. April 28.

Michael G. Hemmer, arraignment hearing at 9:45 a.m. May 19.

Darrel D. Heslet, original charge of aggravated indecent liberties with a child less than 14 years of age was amended to aggravated sexual battery; defendant pleaded no contest, court found defendant guilty and sentenced him to 48 months with Kansas Department of Corrections and 24 months post-release supervision, ordered to pay court costs of $163, attorney fee of $1,200, and other fees of $200.

Austin Wade Evans, motion was made to terminate a diversion agreement with defendant because he still owed $553; motion granted; arraignment hearing held.

Randy Herbel, rape/sexual intercourse with a child under the age of 14, aggravated indecent liberties with a child under the age of 14 (violation date of August 2006); status hearing held, motion hearing at 9 a.m. April 29.
