The following information has been filed in the Criminal Division of Marion County District Court:

Stacey Alan Deines, eight counts of forgery, bond appearance at 10:30 a.m. April 16.

Donna Leider, theft valued less than $1,000 (date of offense of Feb. 23); defendant made first appearance from summons and is partially indigent, court appoints attorney David Harger, arraignment at 9:45 a.m. May 9.

Vincent Douglas Darrah, motion hearing to review sentence rescheduled to 2:15 p.m. April 18.

Kimberly M. Harris, possession of opiates, opium, or narcotic drugs, possession of depressant, stimulants, hallucinogenics, steroids, possession of simulated controlled substances or drug paraphernalia; defendant waived formal arraignment and pleaded guilty to count two, possession of a hallucinogenic drug (marijuana); upon county attorney's motion counts one and three are dismissed with prejudice; sentencing at 11:15 a.m. April 23.

Carl Eugene Remmers, arraignment rescheduled to 9:45 a.m. May 15.

Connie Impson, sentencing rescheduled to 11 a.m. May 9.

John Bram, plea hearing at 1 p.m. April 24.

Richard Todd Litton, bench warrant issued, defendant returned for contempt of court when failed to appear, bond appearance at 10:30 a.m. April 23.

James W. Steele, hearing held to terminate diversion agreement.

John Mayden, probation revoked and reinstated 90-day house arrest with electronic monitoring, one year supervised probation with community corrections.

Issac J. Good, criminal deprivation of property, criminal trespass, criminal damage to property less than $500 (charged Oct. 28, 2006); defendant waived rights and entered plea of no contest to count three, court accepted plea and found defendant guilty of misdemeanor damage to property, upon county attorney's motion, counts one and two are dismissed with prejudice. Court suspends imposition of sentence for 12 months subject to being accepted to military, defendant shall have 90 days to contact court services officer and inform her of acceptance to military, defendant shall be released from bond supervision and pay court cots of $128, booking fee of $45, and restitution as determined by parties; it was determined there is no restitution owed, costs and booking fees are abated.

Christopher L. Ramsey, status hearing rescheduled to 9:45 a.m. April 16.

Ronald Jaquis II, two counts of theft by deception of less than $500; upon motion of county attorney matter is dismissed without prejudice, court costs and attorney fees assessed to the state.

Donald J. Richmond, sentencing held, commitment information to Marion County Sheriff.

Issac J. Good, burglary, theft by deception of $500 to $25,000 (charged May 15); plea hearing held, count two amended by inter-lineation to misdemeanor theft, defendant pleaded no contest to count two as amended, court accepted plea and found defendant guilty, court suspended imposition of sentence for 12 months subject to being accepted into military, defendant shall have 90 days to contact CSO and inform her of his acceptance to military, defendant shall be released from bond supervision and pay court costs of $128, booking fees of $45, and restitution as determined by parties, restitution is set at $8,790.53, cost and booking fees to be abated.
