The following information has been filed in the criminal division of Marion County District Court:

Bradley H. Silhan, domestic battery, endangering a child under the age of 18; first appearance held, defendant is indigent or partially indigent, court appointed attorney David Harger, bond was set at $2,500 and defendant is not to have contact with victim(s); arraignment at 2 p.m. April 28.

Robert F. Smyser, aggravated criminal sodomy (offender being 18 years of age) with victim under the age of 14; first appearance hearing held, defendant is indigent or partially indigent, court appointed attorney David Harger, bond was set at $150,000, defendant to have no contact with victim(s) or any other female under the age of 14; preliminary hearing held at 9:30 a.m. April 16.

Roger Wesley Purcella, aggravated indecent liberties (offender being 18 years of age) with victim under the age of 14; first appearance hearing held, defendant is indigent or partially indigent, court appointed attorney Don Snapp, defendant ordered to pay $100 per month beginning 30 days from release until further order by the court, bond was set at $50,000; preliminary hearing was at 9:30 a.m. April 16.

Matthew Keyes, giving a worthless check less than $500; appearance hearing at 10:30 a.m. April 21.

Wanda Williams, court-appointed attorney Donald Snapp withdrew as attorney for defendant because of conflict of interest, court appointed attorney David Harger.

Richard D. Hill, possession of opiates, opium, or narcotic drugs, possession of simulated controlled substances or drug paraphernalia (violation date of July 14, 2006); motion to revoke probation at 1:30 p.m. April 28.

Douglas Bryant Eden, criminal restraint amended to disorderly conduct, domestic battery; defendant pleaded guilty to both charges and sentenced to a controlling sentence of 48 hours for count one and a controlling sentence of 30 days for count two to be concurrent to each other in the custody of Marion County Sheriff; defendant is to serve 48 hours in Marion County Jail beginning March 28, defendant was placed on immediate unsupervised probation for a period of six months, ordered to enroll in marital counseling or obtain evaluation to determine if he needs anger management counseling and is to follow all recommendations, ordered to pay court costs of $128, a fine of $200, and court-appointed attorney fees as determined by the court, all fines are to be paid within 120 days.

Michael S. Nelson, two counts of aggravated criminal sodomy with a child under the age of 14 amended to rape/sexual intercourse with a child under the age of 14, lewd lascivious/exposure to a child under the age of 14 amended to rape/sexual intercourse with a child under the age of 14, battery amended to aggravated indecent liberties with a child under the age of 14, three counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child under the age of 14, two counts of lewd lascivious/exposure to a subject under the age of 16, battery (violations date of Jan. 1, 2007); motion hearing at 1:15 p.m. April 28, jury trial to begin at 8:30 a.m. June 23.

Dawna Joy Heidebrecht, motion to revoke probation rescheduled to 1:30 p.m. April 28.

Jeffrey Madsen, disorderly conduct (violation date of May 27, 2006); defendant ordered to serve a total of seven months/210 days in the custody of Marion County Sheriff to be concurrent with other Marion County criminal and traffic cases, upon completion of jail time served, the court placed the defendant on supervised probation with community corrections for a period of one year.
