The following information has been filed in the criminal division of Marion County District Court:
Walter H. Patterson, aggravated indecent liberties with a child older than 14 and younger than 16, lewd lascivious/exposure to a subject under the age of 16; preliminary hearing at 9:30 a.m. June 4.
Dayton Hoskinson, possession of depressants, stimulants, hallucinogenics, steroids, possession of simulated controlled substances or drug paraphernalia, theft of at least $1,000 but less than $25,000, DUI; arraignment hearing at 10:45 a.m. May 19.
Conan Mader, disorderly conduct, purchase/consumption of alcoholic liquor/CMB by a minor; arraignment hearing at 9:45 a.m. June 11.
Jason Leroy Bernhardt, harassment by telephone; first appearance hearing at 10:30 a.m. May 19.
Roger Wesley Purcella, preliminary hearing rescheduled to 9:30 a.m. June 4.
Robert F. Smyser, aggravated criminal sodomy with offender being 18 years of age and victim under the age of 14; defendant is found to be indigent or partially indigent, court appointed attorney David Harger, bond was set at $150,000 with the condition that no contact is made with victims or any females under the age of 14; preliminary hearing rescheduled to 9:30 a.m. May 7.
Stacey R. Neufeldt, arraignment hearing at 11 a.m. June 11.
Wanda Williams, arraignment hearing rescheduled to 1:15 p.m. April 28.
Joseph Lee Caudle, preliminary hearing rescheduled to 9:30 a.m. June 4.
Eric J. Williams, original charges of DUI, purchase/consumption alcoholic liquor/CMB by minor, driving while license suspended, transporting an open container (violation date of Dec. 17, 2007); arraignment hearing at 10:45 a.m. May 19 for failure to appear.
Eric J. Williams, original charges of DUI, purchase/consumption of alcoholic liquor/CMB by a minor, transporting an open container (violation date of May 28, 2006); arraignment hearing at 10:45 a.m. May 19, motion to revoke probation.
Richard Todd Litton, original charge of aggravated robbery was amended to assault, battery was amended to possession of depressants, stimulants, hallucinogenics, steroids, theft by deception of less than $500 (violation date of Nov. 21, 2006); the court found the defendant had violated his probation and therefore revoked probation, defendant was ordered to serve 10 days which was suspended if the defendant showed proof of employment within seven days, if defendant does not have a job he must report at 9 a.m. on the eighth day to Marion County Jail, if he loses his job for any reason, he must report to the jail, probation was reinstated for 12 months with a court services officer, complete 20 hours of community service work which must be completed within 30 days, complete a drug/alcohol evaluation within 30 days, and pay any additional court-appointed attorney fees.
Lamonte P. Davis Jr., bench trial rescheduled to 9 a.m. June 11.
Andrew M. White, arraignment hearing rescheduled to 9:30 a.m. May 5.
Michael S. Nelson, three counts of violation of a protective order (violation date of Aug. 6, 2007); motion hearing at 2:15 p.m. May 19.
Melanie Saretta Stephen, sentencing hearing rescheduled to 2:15 p.m. May 19.
Gary Wayne Stegman, violation of a protective order, criminal trespass; upon motion of the county attorney, the court granted a motion to reinstate the defendant on diversion, subject to all original terms and conditions.
