The following information has been filed in the Criminal Division of Marion County District Court:

Jesse Ernest Corona Jr., aggravated battery, aggravated endangering a child less than 18 years of age, criminal threat with intent to terrorize or cause evacuation, criminal trespass; motion hearing to reduce bond at 9:45 a.m. May 15, bond appearance at 10:30 a.m. May 21.

Ryan Schierling, domestic battery, criminal damage to property less than $500, purchase and consumption of alcohol by a minor; defendant appeared on bond and is partially indigent, court appointed attorney David Harger, defendant to pay $25 by May 1 and $50 by June 1 for attorney fees, and $50 per month until further ordered by the court; arraignment at 9:45 a.m. May 21.

Michael T. Loomis, domestic battery (violation date of April 23); defendant appeared from probable cause arrest and is indigent, court appointed attorney Harger, defendant ordered to not consume alcohol and submit to random testing at request of law enforcement officer; arraignment at 9:45 a.m. May 9.

Kelli Bowen, battery against a law enforcement officer, domestic battery (violation date of March 26); sentencing at 11 a.m. May 21.

Brandon L. David, defendant appeared by summons and is partially indigent, court appointed attorney Harger; preliminary hearing at 9:30 a.m. May 2.

David Bostic, arraignment at 9:45 a.m. May 15.

Eric D. Henderson, arraignment at 9:45 a.m. May 9.

David Anthony Shaw, sentencing at 11 a.m. May 21.

Tiffany A. Troutt, jury trial at 8:30 a.m. June 26, instructions due June 18.

Paula D. Harris, giving a worthless check less than $500, case dismissed without prejudice.

Corey P. Christensen, sale etc. of opiates, opium, or narcotic drugs, possession of paraphernalia to grow, distribute marijuana, possession of depressant, stimulants, hallucinogenics, steroids, possession of simulated controlled substances or drug paraphernalia; defendant pleaded guilty to count four, court accepted plea and found defendant guilty of one count of possession of drug paraphernalia, upon motion of county attorney and pursuant to plea, all remaining counts are dismissed with prejudice; defendant sentenced to 90-day controlling sentence for count four in the custody of Marion County Sheriff, to serve four days in the custody of Marion County Sheriff and be given credit for four days already served, placed on immediate supervised probation with court services officer for six months, to be done by mail, probation shall be subject to all standard terms/condition and following special conditions, to pay fine of $400, court costs of $128, $25 probation fees, booking fee of $45, and court-appointed attorney fees, and other stipulations.

Cathy D. Martin, battery against a law enforcement officer, disorderly conduct, assault; defendant waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to all counts; status hearing was scheduled for April 23 and rescheduled to 9:45 a.m. May 9.

Richard Todd Litton, possession of depressant, stimulants, hallucinogenics, steroids, fleeing or attempt to elude a law enforcement officer (violation date of Oct. 5, 2006); arraignment at 9:45 a.m. May 15.

Richard Todd Litton, aggravated robbery, battery, theft by deception of less than $500 (violation date of Nov. 21, 2006); arraignment at 9:45 a.m. May 15.

Linda A. Thomas, giving a worthless check less than $500; upon motion of county attorney, case was dismissed without prejudice and costs shall be assessed to the state.

Joseph A. Apps, arraignment rescheduled to 9:45 am.. May 9.

Joshua Ames Cody, motion to revoke probation, hearing rescheduled to 11 a.m. May 9.

Marc A. Thomas, failure to appear, motion hearing at 11 a.m. May 9.

Travis Myers, status hearing at 9:45 a.m. May 15.

Jeremiah L. Strotkamp, status hearing held, state moved to withdraw motion to revoke probation, state's motion is granted and motion to revoke probation is withdrawn, all fees owed shall be turned over to court trustees for collection, probation in this matter shall be unsuccessfully terminated.

Kevin Searl, defendant waived rights and entered a plea of no contest to sexual battery, court accepted plea and found defendant guilty of sexual battery, count two dismissed with prejudice upon motion of the county attorney, parties proceeded to sentencing, court sentenced defendant to a controlling sentence of six months in the custody of Marion County Sheriff, placed on immediate supervised probation for one-year with CSO, probation subject to all standard terms/conditions and following special conditions, defendant shall serve 48 hours in Marion County Jail for every positive drug/alcohol test, and other stipulations.
