The following information has been filed in the criminal division of Marion County District Court:

Michael S. Fuhr, endangering a child under the age of 18, furnishing alcohol to a minor, purchase/consumption of alcoholic liquor/CMB by a minor; defendant posted a $500 surety bond; bond appearance hearing at 1:45 p.m. May 21.

Brittani N. Estrada, arraignment hearing at 9:45 a.m. June 2.

Robert F. Smyser, preliminary hearing at 9 a.m. June 11.

Dominic Louie Voelker, theft value of at least $25,000 but less than $100,000 amended to theft value of at least $1,000 but less than $25,000, criminal trespass amended to theft value of at least $1,000 but less than $25,000; first appearance hearing held, defendant is indigent or partially indigent, court appointed attorney Dan Baldwin, bond was set at $2,500; preliminary hearing at 9:30 a.m. June 4.

Gearl Adams, original charges of possession of depressants, stimulants, hallucinogenics, steroids, possession of simulated controlled substances or drug paraphernalia, operating a motor vehicle without a valid license; defendant failed to receive permission from a court services officer to move and change employment, tested positive for drugs, did not complete 15 hours of community service work, did not obtain his GED, and did not make any payments according to a payment plan; sentencing hearing at 10:45 a.m. May 19 to revoke probation for a second time.
