The following information has been filed in the criminal division of Marion County District Court:

Michael J. Lahita, DUI, purchase/consumption of alcoholic liquor/CMB by a minor.

Heather Ann Wedd, giving a worthless check less than $500; first appearance at 10:30 a.m. June 2.

Manuel Rivera, giving a worthless check less than $500; first appearance at 10:30 a.m. June 2.

Leah E. Powers, bond appearance hearing rescheduled to 9:45 a.m. June 2.

Connie M. Dodson, arraignment hearing rescheduled to 1:15 p.m. July 8.

Derek Hoskinson, arraignment hearing rescheduled to 10:45 a.m. July 8.

Bradley W. Shahan, defendant's attorney, David Harger, filed a motion to withdraw as counsel, the defendant had retained other counsel; arraignment hearing rescheduled to 3 p.m. June 11.

Matthew Keyes, failure to appear, posted $4,000 bond; original charge was giving a worthless check less than $500 (violation date of Jan. 26, 2007).

Johnathan C. Nesser, status hearing at 2 p.m. June 2.

Jordan Reid Allen, purchase/consumption of alcoholic liquor/CMB by a minor (violation date of Feb. 20); hearing at 1:15 p.m. July 8.

Matthew Keyes, failure to appear, posted $4,000 bond; original charges of four counts of giving a worthless check less than $500 (violation dates of Dec. 16, Dec. 17, 2007 and Jan. 26 and Jan. 28, respectively), bond appearance hearing at 10:30 a.m. June 2.

Johnathan Don Shultz, pre-trial motion hearing at 1:15 p.m. Aug. 12, jury trial to begin at 8:30 a.m. Sept. 22.

Debbie J. Orcutt, arraignment rescheduled to 9:45 a.m. July 8.

David D. Orcutt, pretrial conference at 9:45 a.m. July 8.

Angela Dawn Herzet, two counts of giving a worthless check less than $500; upon motion of the county attorney, the court dismissed both counts without prejudice because defendant had paid restitution, court costs, and booking fee.

Edward A. Syres, criminal use of weapons (dagger/dirk/blackjack/knife), transporting an open container, traffic violation (speeding); defendant entered plea of no contest to count two, upon motion of the county attorney, counts one and three were dismissed with prejudice. Sentencing was held May 21 and the journal entry had not yet been filed with district court.

Eric J. Williams, DUI, purchase/consumption of alcoholic liquor/CMB by a minor, driving while license suspended, transporting an open container (violation date of Dec. 17,2007); arraignment rescheduled to 11 a.m. June 11

Eric J. Williams, DUI, purchase/consumption of alcoholic liquor/CMB by a minor, transporting an open container (violation date of May 28, 2006); motion to revoke probation arraignment hearing rescheduled to 11 a.m. June 11.

Donald R. Phillips Jr., sentencing hearing rescheduled to 10:45 a.m. June 11.

Jordan Reid Allen, original charges of two counts of burglary of a building used as a dwelling amended to two counts of criminal trespass, two counts of burglary of a building used as a dwelling amended to two counts of theft of less than $1,000 (violation date of Aug. 5, 2007), hearing at 1:15 p.m. July 8.

Dawna Joy Heidebrecht, court found defendant had violated her probation by failing to meet with court services officer and revoked the defendant's probation; probation is reinstated for 12 months with court services and ordered the defendant's supervised probation be converted to unsupervised if court services officer deems appropriate.

Gearl Adams, sentencing hearing rescheduled to 10:45 a.m. June 11.

Christopher Eugene Stephen, possession of stolen property with a value of more than $500 amended to criminal depravation of property, theft of less than $1,000 amended to theft by deception of less than $1,000; defendant pleaded guilty to counts one and two; sentencing hearing at 11 a.m. June 11.

Eric D. Henderson, criminal damage to property less than $500 (violation date of Feb. 2, 2007); upon motion of the county attorney, the case is dismissed with prejudice, pursuant to a plea in another Marion County criminal case, case is dismissed with prejudice and costs were assessed to the state.

David Anthony Shaw, sentencing hearing rescheduled to 11 a.m. June 11.
