Adam A. Miller, aggravated battery was amended to domestic battery; defendant waived his right to a formal arraignment and entered a plea of guilty or no contest to count one; defendant was sentenced to six months in the custody of Marion County Sheriff which was suspended; the defendant was ordered to serve 58 hours in Marion County Jail, placed on immediate supervised probation with court services for 12 months, to pay court costs of $128, probation fee of $25, a fine of $200, and a booking fee of $45; conditions of the probation include 48 hours in the Marion County Jail for every position alcohol/drug test, refusal to submit, or admission of usage.

Johnathan C. Nesser, possession of depressants, stimulants, hallucinogenics, steroids, possession of simulated controlled substances or drug paraphernalia; defendant pleaded not guilty to both counts; arraignment at 9:45 a.m. July 8.

Dale Bentley, original charges of criminal threat with intent to terrorize or cause evacuation, battery, DUI, no liability insurance for vehicle, unlawful acts with vehicles (violation date of Feb. 2, 2006), defendant waived probation violation hearing and stipulated to the probation violations of failing to report to court services officer as directed, failure to receive permission from court services officer before changing address, phone number or employment, failure to complete community service work, and failure to pay fees as directed; court reinstated defendant's supervised probation for two months with court services.

Joshua Kent McCarty, original charge of attempted giving a worthless check less than $500 (violation date of June 28, 2006); first appearance hearing held for contempt of court, defendant waived counsel at this time, bond was continued; arraignment at 9:45 a.m. July 21.

Roscoe J. Czarnowsky, original charges of five counts of nonsupport of a child (violation date of Jan. 1, 2007); arraignment hearing for motion to revoke probation at 1 p.m. June 30.

Jeremy Pankratz, domestic battery; first appearance hearing held and defendant was found to be indigent/partially indigent and the court appointed Don Snapp as his attorney, defendant was ordered to pay $25 each month until further ordered by the court; defendant pleaded not guilty to the charge; status hearing for trial set for June 18 which was rescheduled to 9:45 a.m. Aug. 12.
