The following information has been filed in the criminal division of Marion County District Court:

William M. Hess, sale or possession with intent to sell hallucinogens, possession of paraphernalia to grow/ distribute marijuana, no drug tax stamp, possession of simulated controlled substances or drug paraphernalia; defendant appeared on bond and is partially indigent, court appointed attorney David Harger, defendant is to pay $50 by July 13 and each subsequent month until further ordered, defendant is to submit to random urine analysis July 6 and at request of bond supervision or law enforcement officer, bond to continue; preliminary hearing at 9:30 a.m. July 18.

Douglas Bryant Eden, defendant waived arraignment and pleaded not guilty to domestic battery and endangering a child; jury trial at 8:30 a.m. Sept. 18, instructions due by Sept. 10.

Jesse Ernesto Corona, violation of a protective order (violation date of May 12); status hearing at 9:45 a.m. Aug. 20.

Jacob M. Poore, purchase, consumption of alcohol by a minor; defendant waived his rights and entered a plea of guilty, fined $200 plus costs of $128 to be paid in full by Aug. 1, driver's license suspended for 30 days.

Mitchell A. Neuwirth, arraignment at 8:45 a.m. Aug. 6, diversion anticipated.

Michael T. Loomis, domestic battery (violation date of April 23); jury trial for July 6 canceled; documents filed first in series, instructions due June 28.

Terry Scheuerman, arraignment held, defendant pleaded not guilty to criminal deprivation of property, obstructing legal process in a misdemeanor case, battery, driving while license suspended (violation date of Aug. 28, 2006); status hearing at 9:30 a.m. Aug. 6, bench trial at 2 p.m. Aug. 14.

Terry Scheuerman, arraignment held, defendant pleaded not guilty to obstructing legal process in misdemeanor case, battery (violation date of Oct. 24, 2006); status hearing at 9:30 a.m. Aug. 6, bench trial at 2 p.m. Aug. 14.

Ryan Schierling, correction made to journal entry of May 21, journal entry should have stated that the defendant will enter into a diversion agreement for domestic battery.

Jesse Ernesto Corona, aggravated battery, intentional great bodily harm, aggravated endangering of a child under the age of 18, criminal threat with intent to terrorize or cause evacuation, criminal trespass (violation date of April 28); forfeiture of bond hearing at 9:45 a.m. Aug. 20.

Donna Lieder, theft of less than $1,000 value (violation date of Feb. 23); defendant waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to theft; status hearing held July 11, jury trial at 8:30 a.m. Sept. 18.

David Bostic, pleaded guilty to attempted possession of opiates, opium, or narcotic drugs; defendant sentenced to five months controlling term with department of corrections, ordered to mandatory drug treatment, defendant to submit to DNA registration and be responsible for all costs, obtain a drug and alcohol evaluation at own expense, to pay $163 court costs, and $50 probation fee, $400 KBI fee, and $600 attorney's fees.

Donna Lieder, theft of less than $1,000 value (violation date of Feb. 21); defendant waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to theft, status hearing held July 11, jury trial at 8:30 a.m. Sept. 18.

Eric D. Henderson, violation of protective order issued from abuse (violation date Feb. 20); jury trial at 8:30 a.m. Sept. 18.

Eric D. Henderson, criminal damage to property less than $500 (violation date of Feb. 2); jury trial at 8:30 a.m. Sept. 18.

Daniel R. Denham, disorderly conduct; upon motion from county attorney matter was dismissed without prejudice, based on defendant's deployment, costs shall be assessed to the state.

Jeremy L. Kinning, arraignment at 9:45 a.m. Aug. 14, motion to revoke probation.

Christopher M. Nugent, amended charges of possession of depressants, stimulants, hallucinogenics, anabolic steroids, driving while license suspended; defendant pleaded guilty to counts one and two of the first amended complaint, community services officer to prepare a report and is due prior to sentencing; sentencing at 11 a.m. Aug. 14.
