The following information has been filed in the Criminal Division of Marion County District Court:

Allison Shults, two counts of giving a worthless check less than $500; first appearance at 10:30 a.m. Aug. 14.

Joseph L. Shaver, defendant appeared on bond; he waived counsel and will represent himself; bond to continue with conditions that include defendant is not to use alcohol or illegal drugs and subject to random testing; preliminary hearing at 9:30 a.m. Aug. 15.

Sharon Hess, preliminary hearing continued to 9:30 a.m. Sept. 5.

William M. Hess, preliminary hearing continued to 9:30 a.m. Aug, 1.

Nicholas Shaun Davis, arraignment at 9:45 a.m. Aug. 14.

Keith A. Buelow, arraignment at 9:45 a.m. Aug. 14.

Duane Evans, preliminary hearing at 9:30 a.m. Sept. 5.

Mitchell A. Neuwirth, arraignment rescheduled to 8:45 a.m. Aug. 6, diversion anticipated.

Carl Eugene Remmers, battery (violation date of Jan. 8); defendant appeared on bond and is indigent, court appointed attorney David Harger, bond to continue; arraignment at 9:45 a.m. Aug. 27.

Jeromy James, defendant denied allegations contained in state's motion to revoke probation, matter set for hearing at 2 p.m. Aug. 14, defendant is reminded to continue to meet with probation officer during pending matter.

Carl Eugene Remmers, domestic battery (violation date of Feb. 11); defendant appeared on bond and is indigent, court appointed Harger, bond to continued; arraignment at 9:45 a.m. Aug. 27.

Marc A. Thomas, motion to revoke probation rescheduled to 9:45 a.m. Sept. 17.

Richard Todd Litton, possession of depressant, stimulants, hallucinogenics, steroids, fleeing or attempting to elude a law enforcement (violation date of Oct. 5, 2006); plea hearing at 11 a.m. Aug. 14.

Richard Todd Litton, aggravated robbery, battery, theft by deception of less than $500 (violation date of Nov. 21, 2006); plea hearing at 11 a.m. Aug. 14.

Jimmy Stewart, giving a worthless check of less than $500; upon motion of county attorney, matter was dismissed without prejudice, defendant has paid restitution, court costs, and booking fee.

Shasta Jo Cooper, giving a worthless check less than $500 (violation date of June 8, 2006); cash bond of $175 is forfeited, abated court costs of $27.85, and matter dismissed.

Ryan Michael Robertson, preliminary hearing rescheduled to 9:30 a.m. Aug. 15.

Mickey L. Wells, preliminary hearing rescheduled to 9:30 a.m. Sept. 5.
