Natalie R. Geren, charged with possession of hallucinogenic and possession of drug paraphernalia; defendant sentenced to 90 days controlling sentence, immediate 12 months supervised probation with court service officer, can be transferred to McPherson as agreed, pay court costs, lab and other fees of $542, serve 48 hours in jail for every positive drug/alcohol test or refusal, not enter establishment with primary source of income being sale of alcohol, complete 25 hours community service work, no contact with Bradford Cody Jr.
