The following information has been filed in the Criminal Division of Marion County District Court:

Philip L. Stenfors, criminal threat with intent to terrorize or cause evacuation; defendant appeared from bond and is partially indigent, court appointed attorney Daniel Baldwin, defendant to pay $50 by Sept. 1 and each month thereafter, bond to continue; preliminary hearing at 9:30 a.m. Sept. 19.

James D. Parmley, criminal threat with intent to terrorize or cause evacuation, unlawful discharge of firearm, disorderly conduct; first appearance at 10:30 a.m. Aug. 27.

Paul E. Raspberry, attempted indecent solicitation of a child between 14 and 16 years of age, possession of depressants, stimulants, hallucinogenics, steroids, possession of simulated controlled substances or drug paraphernalia; defendant appeared on probable cause arrest and is indigent, court appointed attorney Baldwin, bond set at $10,000 cash or cash surety, preliminary hearing held; arraignment at 11:15 a.m. Aug. 20.

Darrel D. Heslet, aggravated indecent liberties with a child under the age of 14; defendant appeared from warrant and is indigent, court appointed attorney Baldwin, defendant to pay $25 per month within 30 days of release and each month thereafter, bond is set at $10,000, no contact with victim or family; matter set for preliminary hearing at 9:30 a.m. Sept. 19.

Connie S. Sheffler, two counts of giving a worthless check less than $500; first appearance at 10:30 a.m. Aug. 27.

Nicholas J. Ogden, theft of less than $1,000; first appearance at 10:30 a.m. Aug. 27.

Clifton Richmond, status hearing at 11:15 a.m. Aug. 20.

Michael L. Bass, arraignment held, defendant pleaded not guilty to domestic battery; bench trial at 10 a.m. Sept. 11.

Michael S. Nelson, defendant appeared on bond and is partially indigent, court appointed attorney David Harger, defendant to pay $50 by Sept. 1 and each month thereafter, bond to continue; arraignment at 9:45 a.m. Sept. 24.

Hung T. Nguyen, giving a worthless check less than $500; defendant appeared from summons and waived counsel at this time, summons to continue; arraignment hearing at 9:45 a.m. Sept. 11.

Machelle A. Ratzloff, first appearance continued to 10:30 a.m. Aug. 27.

Casey R. Nickelson, defendant appeared on bond and is indigent, attorney Harger appointed, bond to continue; preliminary hearing at 9:30 a.m. Sept. 5.

Calvin Dirksen, defendant appeared from summons and waived counsel at this time, summons to continue; arraignment at 9:45 a.m. Sept. 11.

Nicholas Shaun Davis, defendant waived right to preliminary hearing and is bound over on one count of possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell and one count of possession of methamphetamine without a tax stamp, court ordered bond supervision shall continue as previously ordered; plea hearing at 11 a.m. Sept. 11.

Keith A. Buelow, defendant waived preliminary hearing, court accepted waiver and bound over defendant on one count of possession of hallucinogenic drug with the intent to sell, one count of possession of hydromorphone, one count of aggravated escape from custody, and one count of possession of marijuana without a taxation stamp, bond shall continue as previously ordered; plea at 11 a.m. Sept. 11.

Christopher Eugene Stephen, motion for judgment of forfeiture of bond with notice of motion with certificate of service at 9:45 a.m. Sept. 11.

Jon R. Karr, bond appearance rescheduled to 10:30 a.m. Sept. 17.

Dustin L. Shiplet, #85141, status hearing held, court ordered parties to review documentation and inform the court as to correct amount of jail time and credit defendant has toward his sentence.

Joseph E. Willems, original violation date of April 24, 2006; pre-sentence investigation time extension order, sentencing for probation revocation at 11 a.m. Sept. 11.

Charles D. Rumsey, aggravated indecent liberties with a child less than 14 years of age; upon motion from county attorney matter was dismissed with prejudice, costs shall be assessed to the state.

Richard Todd Litton, possession of depressant, stimulants, hallucinogenics, steroids, fleeing or attempting to elude a law enforcement officer (violation date of Oct. 5, 2006); sentencing at 11 a.m. Oct. 9.

Rochelle D. Atwood, sentencing at 11:15 a.m. Aug. 20.

Richard Todd Litton, aggravated robbery, battery amended to possession of depressants, stimulants, hallucinogenics, steroids, theft by deception of less than $500 (violation date of Nov. 21, 2006); pursuant to plea agreement defendant pleaded no contest to count one and count two of the first amended information filed, state agreed to dismiss Marion County case 06CR234 upon said plea and when defendant paid $30 for urine analysis fee for that case, court accepted plea and found defendant guilty of one count of assault and one count of possession of a hallucinogenic drug and marijuana, court services officer to prepare a pre-sentence investigation report and due by Oct. 3; sentencing at 11 a.m. Oct. 9.

Debby L. Gustafson, defendant waived probation violation hearing and stipulates, probation revoked and reinstated for 12 months from July 11, 2007, defendant shall obtain a drug/alcohol evaluation within 45 days and be responsible for costs, $500 cash bond to be returned to defendant

Jeffrey Madsen, original violation date of June 16, 2006; bond hearing held, defendant is indigent, court appointed attorney Baldwin, bond to remain at $1,000 but modified to own recognizance, defendant ordered to meet with probation officer; matter set for hearing on motion to revoke probation Aug. 14.
