The following information has been filed in the Criminal Division of Marion County District Court:

Roscoe J. Czarnowsky, theft of less than $1,000, criminal trespass; defendant appeared from warrant and is indigent, attorney David Harger was appointed, bond is set at $1,000 cash or cash surety; arraignment hearing at 9:45 a.m. Aug. 27.

Paul E. Rasberry, attempted indecent solicitation of child 14 to 16 years of age, possession of depressants, stimulants, hallucinogenics, steroids, possession of simulated controlled substances or drug paraphernalia; defendant pleaded not guilty; plea hearing at 9:45 a.m. Aug. 27.

Adam B. Collett, domestic battery, criminal damage to property less than $500; first appearance at 10:30 a.m. Aug. 27.

Kirk W. Seals, obstructing legal process in misdemeanor case, DUI; first appearance at 10:30 a.m. Aug. 27.

Howard l. Simpson, giving a worthless check of less than $500; defendant paid court costs, restitution, and booking fee, matter dismissed without prejudice.

Jody Windle, giving a worthless check of less than $500; defendant paid court costs, booking fee, and restitution, matter dismissed with prejudice.

Jesse Ernesto Corona, violation of a protective order (violation date of May 12); status hearing rescheduled to 1:15 p.m. Sept. 24.

Terry Scheuerman, criminal depravation of property, obstructing legal process in misdemeanor case, battery, driving while license suspended (violation date of Aug. 28, 2006); journal entry of conviction and sentencing, plea hearing held, defendant pleaded guilty to count three of the complaint/information filed, defendant stipulated to facts proferred by the state; court accepted plea and found defendant guilty of one count of battery; upon motion of county attorney all remaining counts are dismissed with prejudice, parties proceeded to sentencing, defendant sentenced to a controlling sentence of 60 days in custody of Marion County Sheriff for count three and shall be given credit of 29 days for time already served, defendant placed on unsupervised probation for six months, probation is subject to all standard terms/conditions and following special terms: defendant to serve 48 hours in county jail for every positive drug/alcohol test, refusal to submit or admission of usage, defendant to pay court costs of $128 and court-appointed attorney's fees as determined by court.

Terry Scheuerman, obstructing legal process in misdemeanor case, battery (violation date of Oct. 24, 2006); plea hearing held; upon county attorney motion court dismissed this case with prejudice, pursuant to plea in Marion County Case 07CR75; costs assessed to the state.

Jesse Ernesto Corona, aggravated battery, aggravated endangering of a child under the age of 18, criminal threat with intent to terrorize or cause evacuation, criminal trespass (violation date of April 18); Gibson's Bonding Company released from bond.

Shelia Deines, original charge of battery (violation date of Feb. 24, 2006); journal entry of bond forfeiture of $2,500; defendant appeared on bond and waived counsel, bond to continue; sentencing at 11 a.m. Oct. 10.

Dustin l. Shiplet, #85141, matter dismissed.

Glenn M. Danielson, possession of depressants, stimulants, hallucinogenics, steroids, possession of simulated controlled substances or drug paraphernalia; defendant's motion to suppress hearing held, court suppressed all evidence gained in search of the vehicle, court ordered this matter dismissed with court costs and attorney's fees assessed to the state.

Chelsea D. Schafers, charge of indecent liberties with a child between 14 and 16 years of age amended to attempted indecent liberties with a child between the ages of 14 and 16: defendant pleaded guilty; journal entry of judgment of 12 months controlling sentence with department of corrections, immediate probation for 24 months with community corrections, no unsupervised contact with anyone under the age of 18 with exception of own children, ordered not to use the Internet, submit to DNA registration, register as a sex offender, $163 costs, $50 probation fee, and $600 attorney's fees.

Billlie J. Fleming, possession of opiates, opium, or narcotic drugs, possession of depressants, stimulants, hallucinogenics, anabolic steroids, possession of simulated controlled substances or drug paraphernalia (violation date of May 19, 2006); status hearing for trial/plea setting at 10:45 a.m. Sept. 17.

Richard Todd Litton, aggravated robbery, charge of battery amended to possession of depressants, stimulants, hallucinogenics, steroids, theft by deception of less than $500 (violation date of Nov. 21, 2006); pursuant to plea agreement defendant pleaded no contest to counts one and two of the first amended information filed, state agreed to dismiss Marion County Case 06CR234 upon said plea and when defendant pays $30 for UA fee for case 06CR234 and any attorney's fees associated with the case, court accepted plea and found defendant guilty of one count of assault and one count of possession of a hallucinogenic drug/marijuana, CSO to prepare a PSI report and is due by Oct. 3; matter set for sentencing at 11 a.m. Oct. 9.

Brian Lewis, arraignment at 9:45 a.m. Sept. 11.

Billie J. Fleming, possession of opiates, opium, or narcotic drugs, attempted possession of depressants, stimulants, hallucinogenics, steroids, possession of simulated controlled substances or drug paraphernalia (violation date of Aug. 24, 2006); status hearing for trial/plea setting. at 10:45 a.m. Sept. 17.

Shelia Deines, original charges of attempted aggravated burglary, theft of less than $1,000 (violation date of Aug. 29, 2005); defendant appeared on bond and waived counsel, bond to continue; sentencing at 11 a.m. Oct. 10.

Joshua Vines, probation revocation, original charges of possession of depressants, stimulants, hallucinogenics, anabolic steroids, possession of simulated controlled substances or drug paraphernalia (violation date of June 1, 2006); defendant appeared on bond and is indigent, attorney Dan Baldwin was appointed, bond to continue; arraignment hearing at 9:45 a.m. Oct. 9.

Joshua Vines, probation revocation, original charges of sale or possession with intent to sell depressants, no drug tax stamp, possession of simulated controlled substances or drug paraphernalia, operating a motor vehicle without a valid license (violation date of April 9, 2006); defendant appeared on bond and is indigent, attorney Baldwin appointed, bond to continue; arraignment at 9:45 a.m. Oct. 9.
