Gary D. Slayden, charged with battery, state requests matter dismissed, court costs assessed to state.
Misty Huhn, charged with two counts giving worthless check; order to appear at 9:45 a.m. Oct. 12.
Duane Evans, status hearing at 10 a.m. Oct. 4.
Troy I. Frye, motion hearing at 10:45 a.m. Nov. 1.
Daniel Huls II, charged with giving worthless check; dismissed with prejudice, defendant paid costs and restitution.
John Collier, motion hearing at 10:45 a.m. Nov. 1.
Judith Evans, charged with manufacturing controlled substance, terminated.
Brad Zeiner, charged with possession of hallucinogenic and possession of drug paraphernalia; journal entry of judgment, 11 months controlling term with secretary of correction, 18 months immediate supervised probation with community correction, serve five consecutive days in Marion County jail as condition of probation, not to possess/consume alcohol/drugs, submit to bb/u testing and DNA testing, complete mandatory drug treatment, serve 48 hours in Marion County jail for every positive drug/alcohol test, refusal, or failure to submit, pay costs and fees of $1,052.
