Joseph E. Willems, DUI, driving while license suspended, fleeing or attempting to elude a law enforcement officer, transporting an open contained (violation date of April 24, 2006); defendant ordered to serve 30 days in custody of Marion County Jail, court reinstated supervised probation with community corrections for a period of an additional 12 months and subject to all standard terms and conditions, defendant can obtain a driver's license but cannot have access to or drive a motor vehicle unless approved by probation officer.

Kelli Bowen, battery against a law enforcement officer, domestic battery; defendant sentenced to a controlling sentence of 30 days for count two in custody of Marion County Sheriff, defendant placed on immediate supervised probation for one year with court services officer and can be transferred to Sedgwick County, and subject to all terms and conditions, defendant shall serve 48 hours in Marion County Jail for every positive drug/alcohol test, refusal to submit or admission of usage, shall not enter any establishment whose primary source of income is from the sale of alcohol or cereal malt beverage, obtain an alcohol/drug evaluation at own expense and follow recommendation, complete 20 hours of community service work, eight hours of community service work in Marion County, 12 hours suspended with the condition that the defendant be employed an average of 20 hours per week, ordered to pay court costs of $128, probation fee of $25, booking fee of $45, and court-appointed attorney fees of $182.15.

Lieder, theft of less than $1,000 (violation date of Feb. 21); defendant entered plea of no contest to theft, court found defendant guilty of theft and sentenced to 60-day controlling sentence in custody of Marion County Sheriff, placed on immediate supervised probation with court services officer for 12 months which can be converted to unsupervised probation if court services officer agrees, probation subject to all standard terms and conditions, ordered to pay $128 court costs, $45 booking fee, $25 probation fee, $26 restitution to R&D Liquor Store of Hillsboro, defendant ordered not to enter D&J Liquor Store or R&D Liquor Store.
