The following information has been filed in the Criminal Division of Marion County District Court:

Anthony Walker, charged with assault; first appearance hearing at 10:30 a.m. Nov. 1.

Chad D. Carr, charged with possession of hallucinogenic and possession of drug paraphernalia; bond appearance at 10:30 a.m. Nov. 15.

William Klaassen, charged with giving worthless check; first appearance hearing at 10:30 a.m. Nov. 1.

Kevin Steinborn, charged with two counts giving worthless check; first appearance hearing at 10:30 a.m. Nov. 1.

Brian Rose, charged with two counts giving worthless check; dismissed, court costs and restitution paid in full.

Bradley Cutter, charged with criminal threat, two counts criminal damage to property, and disorderly conduct; journal entry of judgment, 11 months with secretary of correction, 12 months supervised probation with community correction, to run consecutive with other charges, not possess or consume alcohol or drugs, follow recommendation of mental health evaluation, submit to bb/u testing, gain/maintain employment, submit to DNA testing, successfully complete Johnson County Correctional Residential Center therapeutic community treatment program, follow recommendation at own expense, serve 48 hours in jail for every positive test, refusal, failure, or admission, pay cost and fees of $640, restitution of $2,867.14.

Carl Remmers, charged with four counts battery; journal entry of conviction and sentencing, enters plea of guilty to count two, counts one, three, and four dismissed, 45 days controlling sentence in custody of Marion County Sheriff's Office, one year immediate supervised probation with cso, pay costs and fees $142, defendant to obtain anger management evaluation and follow recommendation, no contact with Corrissa Dones unless she provides in writing.

Rick Pierce, charged with theft; failure to appear.

Curtis Hancock, status hearing at 11 a.m. Nov. 1.

Lance Alexander, charged with aggravated battery and criminal threat; jury finds defendant not guilty of aggravated battery and criminal threat, jury finds defendant guilty of misdemeanor battery, sentencing at 10 a.m. Nov. 10.

Doug Gable, status hearing at 9:45 a.m. Nov. 9.
