Criminal division

The following information has been filed in the criminal division of Marion County District Court:

Debra Lynn Savage, domestic battery; arraignment at 9:45 a.m. Nov. 13.

Darrel D. Heslet, status hearing rescheduled to 9:45 a.m. Nov. 13.

Melanie Saretta Stephen, failure to appear, bond appearance at 10:30 a.m. Nov. 5.

Duane Evans, theft of at least $1,000 but less than $25,000; upon motion of county attorney the case was dismissed without prejudice and costs assessed to the state.

Leah A. January, plea hearing at 9:45 a.m. Nov. 5.

Richard Todd Litton, aggravated robbery, possession of depressants, stimulants, hallucinogenics, steroids, theft by deception of less than $500; defendant sentenced to a controlling sentence of six months for count one and a controlling sentence for count two to serve concurrently in the custody of Marion County Sheriff; sentence was suspended and defendant ordered to serve 48 hours in Marion County Jail prior to going on probation and be given credit for 48 hours already served; defendant is placed on immediate supervised probation for one year with court services officer, shall serve 48 hours in the county jail for every positive drug/alcohol test, refusal to submit, or admission of usage; shall not enter any establishment with primary source of income from the sale of alcohol or cereal malt beverage; shall obtain an alcohol/drug evaluation at his own expense and follow the recommendations; complete 20 hours of community service work; have no contact with the victim, directly or indirectly; and pay court costs of $128, probation fee of $25, booking fee of $45, and court- appointed attorney fees as determined.
