The following information has been filed in the criminal division of Marion County District Court:

Casey Schlesener, criminal damage to property less than $500, criminal trespass; first appearance held; arraignment at 9:45 a.m. Dec. 17.

Jennifer R. Browning, arraignment rescheduled to 9 a.m. Dec. 18.

Margaret A. Wells, giving a worthless check less than $500; upon the motion of the county attorney, the case was dismissed without prejudice and costs assessed to the state.

Michael Sullivan, original charges were burglary, criminal depravation of property, theft by deception of less than $500, two counts of criminal damage of property less than $500 (violation date of Nov. 14, 2006); probation revoked because defendant failed to remain crime-free and employed full-time, and was not truthful with supervising officer; sentenced to six months at Labette Conservational Camp as a condition of probation.

Michael Sullivan, original charges of burglary, theft by deception of more than $500 to $25,000, four counts of criminal damage to property less than $500 (violation date of July 6, 2006); probation revoked because defendant failed to remain employed full-time, remain crime-free, and was not truthful with supervising officer; defendant was ordered to complete Labette Boot Camp; when boot camp has been completed, defendant will be transported to Marion County District Court for hearing.

Roscoe J. Czarnowsky, theft of less than $1,000, criminal trespass (violation date of Aug 15); sentencing at 1:15 p.m. Dec. 19.

Roscoe J. Czarnowsky, five counts of nonsupport of a child; sentencing at 1:15 p.m. Dec. 19.

Jeremy Kinning, defendant ordered to report to Marion County Sheriff by 9 a.m. Dec. 26 and will be released after noon, Jan. 1, 2008; supervised probation with community corrections for six months to be reinstated upon his release from Marion County Jail.

Joshua Vines, original charges of sale or possession with intent to sell depressants, no drug tax, possession of simulated controlled substances or drug paraphernalia, operating a motor vehicle without a valid license (violation date of April 9, 2006); motion to revoke probation, hearing rescheduled to 9:45 a.m. Dec. 17.

Joshua Vines, original charges of possession of depressants, stimulants, hallucinogenics, anabolic steroids, possession of simulated controlled substances or drug paraphernalia (violation date of June 1, 2006); motion to revoke probation hearing rescheduled to 11 a.m. Jan. 15, 2008.

Christopher M. Nugent, possession of depressants, stimulants, hallucinogenics, anabolic steroids, driving while license suspended; defendant pleaded guilty and sentenced to a controlling term of 11 months with the Secretary of Corrections for count one and 30 days with Marion County Sheriff for count two, placed on supervised probation with community corrections for 18 months to run concurrent with each other, will serve five days in Marion County Jail for count two, may be suspended upon the defendant providing proof that he completed five days in Harvey County Jail; sentenced to mandatory drug treatment, serve 48 hours in Marion County Jail for every positive drug/alcohol testing, refusal to submit, or admission of usage; pay costs and fines.

Eric D. Henderson, original charges of criminal threat with intent to terrorize or cause evacuation, domestic battery (violation date of July 31, 2003); failure to appear, status hearing at 9:45 a.m. Dec. 17.
