Dustin Lee Shiplet, charged with aggravated escape from custody and criminal threat with intent to terrorize; preliminary hearing at 10 a.m. Sept. 21; charge with possession of hallucinogenic with intent to sell and possession of drug paraphernalia; preliminary hearing at 10 a.m. Sept. 21.

Brooks A. Beeton, preliminary hearing at 10 a.m. Sept. 21, continued from Aug. 17.

Danny Blevins, charged with sale of hallucinogenic and no tax stamp; journal entry of judgment, six months with department of correction, immediate 12 months supervised probation with court service office, 25 hours community service work, costs and fees of $772.

Bradley Cutter, probation revoked and reinstated to community corrections for 12 months.

Harvey Johnson, charged with four counts non-support of child; dismissed without prejudice.

Justin J. Milne, probation revoked and reinstated to community corrections for 12 months, defendant ordered to obtain new drug/alcohol evaluation, pay costs and fees of $400.
