Keith Hurst, furnishing cereal malt beverage to a minor; pleads no contest; court finds defendant and sentenced to 30-day controlling sentence in the custody of Marion County Sheriff; placed on immediate unsupervised probation for a period of six months, pay court costs of $128, a fine of $200, by Feb. 1, 2007.

Chastity Christyauntie, giving false information at the scene of an accident; pleads no contest, court finds defendant guilty; placed on immediate unsupervised probation for six months; pay $150 for charge, $128 court costs.

Shelia E. Deines, plea hearing at 9:30 a.m. Oct. 2.

Judith Miller, false reporting of a crime; pleads no contest, found guilty; sentenced to 90 days controlling sentence in the custody of sheriff; said time shall run concurrently with time currently served in Harvey County; will be transported back to Harvey County; court costs of $128.

Jon R. Karr, sentencing at 11 a.m. Oct. 10.
