Gary Armstrong, plea hearing at 4 p.m. Aug. 11, continued from July 26.
Stacy Peterson, arraignment at 9:45 a.m. Aug. 23.
Joshua Rush, status hearing at 9:45 a.m. Aug. 23.
Nichole Schermerhorn, arraignment at 2 p.m. Sept. 8.
John S. Schmeling, jury trial at 8:30 a.m. Aug. 30.
Rebecca Freeman, charged with theft; first appearance hearing at 10:30 a.m. Aug. 23.
Kent Rich, status hearing at 9:45 a.m. Aug. 10.
Shane A. Daniels, charged with criminal theft, criminal damage to property, two counts battery, and assault; journal entry of conviction and sentencing, enters plea of no contest to count five, sentenced to 30 days controlling sentence, immediate supervised 12 months probation with court service officer, no contact with Rodney Upchurch, pay costs and fees, $95 restitution to Upchurch, probation to be converted to unsupervised based upon payment of all costs, fees, and restitution.
