Jennifer Herzet, charged with two counts giving worthless checks; first appearance at 10:30 a.m. Jan. 11.
Becky Hager, charged with giving worthless check; state requests matter dismissed, defendant paid court costs and restitution.
Leslie K. Marshall, charged with giving worthless check; first appearance at 10:30 a.m. Jan. 11.
Joseph James Philpott, charged with battery; bond appearance at 10:30 a.m. Jan. 11.
Anthony Helzer, charged with forgery and theft; bond appearance at 10:30 a.m. Jan. 11.
James Thornhill, charged with attempted criminal trespass; journal entry of conviction and sentencing, defendant appears with attorney, enters plea of no contest to count one, sentenced 10-day controlling sentence, immediate six months unsupervised probation, pay fines and costs of $317.
Cameron A. Linn, charged with criminal damage to property; diversion agreement with order of continuance and dismissal, surety bond of $500 converted to other party.
