Deadlines approaching for letters to Santa
Marion City Library's Letters to Santa/Letters from Santa program has begun.
Children are asked to bring their letters to Santa to the library during regular business hours. They will receive a letter from Santa, just in time for Christmas.
Letters must include full name and complete address so each child will receive their return letters.
Letters must be received by Monday at the library. They also will be published in the Dec. 21 Christmas issue of the Marion County Record.
Youngsters wanting to get their letters published in the Marion County Record Christmas edition may deliver them to Santa's House on Main Street, Marion, send to the Marion County Record, PO Box 278, Marion 66861, or drop through the slot in the front door of the Record office.
Deadline for publication is 5 p.m. Dec. 17.
