DeForest, Dickey engaged
Ashley DeForest and Doug Dickey, both of Houston, Texas, announce their engagement and approaching wedding.
Parents of the couple are Chuck and Cathy DeForest of Florence and DuVal and Ludmila Dickey of Houston, Texas, and Jeff and Ellen Shoop of Katy, Texas.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Marion High School and Kansas State University. She attends Baylor Law School, Waco, Texas, and will be employed by Howrey LLP, Houston, Texas.
Her fiancé is a graduate of James E. Taylor High School, Katy, Texas, and Sam Houston State University. He is a professional helicopter pilot in Houston.
The couple plans to be married May 25 at Dyck Arboretum of the Plains, Hesston.
