Disappointed
To the Editor:
It was fine to have the Hillsboro American Legion here for the soldiers' train. But it was disappointing to have our Marion County Record recognize only Hillsboro when Marion's VFW and American Legion were honor guards for the soldiers from the train.
We are proud and grateful to them for this service as well as military funerals and other duties they perform.
