Eleanor M. Urbanek
Eleanor M. Urbanek, 91, died March 15, 2008, at Salem Home, Hillsboro.
Born Dec. 29, 1916, at Pilsen, she was the daughter of Ignac and Mary (Sramek) Urbanek.
She lived in Chicago, Denver, and San Diego, during her working career as a medical records technician. In the early 1990s, she returned to Pilsen.
She was a member of Holy Family Parish, St. John Nepomucene Church, Pilsen.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Rose Urbanek; and brother, Edward Urbanek.
The rosary was recited at 10:30 a.m. today (Wednesday) at Holy Family Parish, St. John Nep. Church, Pilsen. The funeral Mass followed at 11 a.m. with Fr. Hien Nguyen as celebrant.
Burial was in Pilsen Cemetery.
A memorial fund has been established with the Fr. Kapaun Guild.
