Ella Reith
Ella Reith, 87, died Aug. 12, 2006, at Linn Community Nursing Home, Linn.
Born March 4, 1919, at Strawberry Township, Washington County, she was the daughter of Herman and Alwina (Kuhlman) Peters.
On May 30, 1942, she married Paul G. Reith at Fairbury, Neb. She was employed at the creamery in Linn until it closed, then worked at Linn Community Nursing Home, retiring in 1984.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Paul; daughter, Janet; three brothers, Walter, Albert, and Emil Peters; and two sisters, Lydia Seimsen and Martha Boeger.
Survivors include two daughters, JoAnn Wilgers of Palmer and Ruth Lange of Marion; six grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Aug. 15 at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Linn, with the Rev. David Gruoner officiating.
Burial was in Immanuel Cemetery.
Memorial funds have been established with Immanuel Lutheran Church or Linn Community Nursing Home.
