Evelyn M. Dick
Evelyn M. Dick, 85, of Buhler, died Jan. 31, 2006, at Buhler Sunshine Home.
Born Aug. 5, 1920, at Wolf Point, Mont., she was the daughter of Albert and Mary (Fast) Holderman.
On July 20, 1941, she married Karl V. Dick at Wolf Point, Mont. He died in 2000.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Durward and Albert.
Survivors include three sons, Samuel Dickson of Denton, Texas, Alden Dick of Buhler, and Douglas Dick of Wichita; daughter, Judith Hickman of Bloomington, Ind.; two sisters, Pearl Stelzer of Montana and Violet Marten of Wolf Point, Mont.; 10 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at Sunshine Meadows Retirement Community Chapel, Buhler, with Pastor Alden Dick officiating.
Private family graveside services will be held at a later date at Buhler Cemetery, Buhler.
Memorial funds have been established with Hospice Care of Kansas, Buhler Sunshine Home, or Mexican Mission Ministry.
