The following accidents were reported to Marion County law enforcement agencies:

Linda K. Seeney, 53, 13869 NW 85th, Whitewater, was northbound on Old Mill just north of 40th at 8:40 p.m. Sept. 25. Seeney lost control of the 1998 Ford F-150 she was driving. The vehicle entered the east ditch and rolled onto its top. Deputy Josh Whitwell states Seeney was injured but did not require transport.

Gabriel R. Miller, 18, Delavan, was eastbound on 290th just east of Timber at 3:50 a.m. Sept. 18. A deer came out of the south ditch and was struck by Miller's 1972 Ford Maverick. Passengers in the vehicle were Terrence E. Seyboth, 26, Junction City and Roberta L. Brubaker, 17, 2867 U.S.-56, Lincolnville. No one was injured, reports Sergeant Jeff Soyez.

Jacob L. Marshall, 21, 1348 80th, Peabody, was eastbound on U.S.-50 just east of Mustang at 8 p.m. Sept. 29. A deer came from the north ditch and was struck by Marshall's 1975 Mercedes-Benz. Joshua Marshall, 21, of the home, was a passenger in the vehicle. Deputy Larry Starkey states no one was injured.

Jennifer Herzet, charged with theft; journal entry of conviction and sentencing, defendants pleads guilty, 30 day controlling sentence with court service officer, supervised probation with cso, concurrent to other charge, pay costs and fees, defendant to have no contact with victim or trespass on victim's property.

Chad Phillip Ingels, preliminary at 10 a.m. Oct. 19.

J.B. Miser, charged with two counts vehicular homicide; dismissal without prejudice, KDOT determined accident occurred in Harvey County, costs assessed to state.

Erin Kelley, probation revoked, reinstated, and extended for 12 months, conditions to enter into and successfully complete residential inpatient facility treatment as directed by community corrections, probation may be transferred to Riley County, pay attorney fees of $400.
