The following accidents were reported to Marion County law enforcement agencies:

Louis H. Harrison, 46, 202 East F Street, Hillsboro was eastbound on U.S.-56 just east of Diamond at 12:45 a.m. Sept. 2. Harrison fell asleep and lost control of his 1996 Chevrolet Corsica. The vehicle went into the south ditch, then the north ditch, and back onto the road and rolled onto its top. It again entered the south ditch and rolled back onto its wheels. Harrison was injured but not transported, reports Deputy Larry Starkey.

Brad Bailey, charged with possession of hallucinogenic and possession of drug paraphernalia; first appearance at 10:30 a.m. Sept. 13.

Gearl Adams, charged with possession of hallucinogenic, possession of drug paraphernalia, and operating a motor vehicle without valid license; bond appearance at 10:30 a.m. Sept. 26.

Timothy B. Johnson, charged with possession of hallucinogenic and possession of drug paraphernalia; journal entry of conviction and sentencing, defendant enters plea of no contest to count one, state to dismiss count two with prejudice, 30 days controlling sentence in custody of Marion County Sheriff's Office, 12 months immediate probation with community service officer, pay costs and fees of $187, probation converted to unsupervised after six months, when fees paid in full, no positive test at cso request.

Jennifer Herzet, charged with four counts giving worthless check; journal entry of conviction and sentencing, defendant enters plea of no contest to count one, state dismisses remaining charges with prejudice, 90-day controlling sentence with MCSO, 18 months supervised probation with cso, pay costs and fees of $187 and restitution of $319.40, not obtain or maintain checking account.

Donna M. Lieder, charged with six counts giving worthless check; journal entry of conviction and sentencing, defendant enters plea of guilty to count one, all remaining counts dismissed, 90-day controlling sentence, 12 months unsupervised probation, defendant to meet one time with cso, pay costs of $117 and restitution of $868.24.

Tyrone Vondal, charged with criminal threat with intent to terrorize and battery causing rude physical contact; journal entry of sentencing, six months custody of MCSO to be consecutive with other cases, immediate 12 months supervised probation with cso, also consecutive, pay costs and fees of $362, complete 10 hours community service, not enter establishment with primary source of income from alcohol, serve 48 hours for every positive test, refusal, or admission.

Tyrone Vondal, charged with obstructing legal process, criminal damage to property, and disorderly conduct; journal entry of sentencing in conjunction with other cases plus costs and fees of $167.

David R. Johnson, charged with endangering a child, driving under influence, and speed; journal entry of sentencing, 180 days controlled sentence on count two, supervised 12 months probation with cso, costs and fees of $1,337, 48-hour commitment for every positive test or refusal to test, not enter establishment with primary source of income from alcohol, complete 25 hours community service.

Justin Bowley, charged with giving worthless check; upon payment of $125, count one will be dismissed.

Gary Armstrong, probation revoked, serve original sentence of 15 months with credit for time service since June 4, pay costs and attorney fees, 12 months post-release.
