Garrard is Presidential Scholar finalist at Ottawa University
Justin Garrard, son of John and Sandra Garrard of Antelope, has been named a finalist in Ottawa University's Presidential Scholar program.
The CHS senior, who plans to attend OU on a track/cross country scholarship this fall, earned the honor by competing against other prospective students for four full-tuition scholarships.
Garrard will be recognized as a Presidential Scholar finalist throughout his time at OU with several special events in his honor and assignment of various responsibilities.
