Gary A. Young
Gary A. Young, 66, of Lawrence, died Jan. 3, 2006.
Born Sept. 1, 1939, at Strong City, he was the son of Floyd C. and Hazel M. (McCulle) Young.
He was preceded in death by his parents, first wife, Delores Cullimore, and a son, Shawn Young.
Survivors include three sons, Gary C. Young and Greg Young, both of Herington and David Young of Lawrence; daughter, Melissa Wagner of Onaga; sister, Judy Strand of Emporia; 10 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Saturday morning at Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home, Herington Chapel, with the Rev. Shawn Baird officiating. Inurnment was in Wilsey Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to donor's choice of charity.
