Hajek, Luna are wed

Stephanie Marie Hajek and Kyle Matthew Luna, both of Wichita, were married at 7 p.m. June 23, 2006, at St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church, Pilsen.

Parents of the bride are Gary and Vickie Hajek of Lost Springs. Grandparents are Ann Boese of Marion and Mildred Hajek of Lost Springs.

The groom's parents are George and Dawn Luna of Antelope. Grandparents are Cora Rogers of Antelope and Julia and Manuel Luna of Lost Springs.

Father Hein Nguyen was celebrant at the double ring ceremony.

Music was provided by organist Charlene Svitak of Lincolnville and vocalist Diane Boese of Valley Center.

Ryan Bina of Wichita was lector.

The bride wore a lace and taffeta Morie Lee dress. The two-piece dress featured a shaped halter bodice with a dropped waistline. The bodice was accented with a crystal beaded lace overlay. The taffeta skirt had a chapel-length train and was surrounded by ruche pick-ups. She carried a bouquet of yellow and tangerine roses with celery-colored accents.

Michelle Truman of Valley Center was her sister's matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Traci Bell and Ashton Smith of Salina and Ashley Hatterman and Alisha Loveless of Wichita. They wore floor-length gowns of celery green chiffon featuring halter bodices.

Holly Lesh of Wichita was the bride's personal attendant.

Maggie McLean of Goodland was flower girl. Tyler Truman was ring bearer. Honorary ring bearer was Derek Truman. Both are from Valley Center.

Brandon Luna of Lowell, Mass., served as best man. Groomsmen were James Bina of Illinois, Levi Lara of Wichita, Travis Burns of Lincolnville, and Curtis Gutsch of Lindsborg.

Guests were seated by Brad Hajek of Overland Park, Jarrod Truman of Valley Center, and Ross Stuchlik of Tampa.

Guest book attendants were Megan Stuchlik of Tampa and Alyssa Luna of Antelope.

A reception and dance followed the wedding ceremony. Hosts were Deborah and Tony Luna of Lowell, Mass.

Cake servers were Raelene Hajek of Lost Springs, Donna Hajek of Marion, and Shelia Rogers of Park City.

The bride is employed as a salon manager. Her husband works at Cessna Aircraft.

Following a wedding trip to Cancun, Mexico, the couple lives at Wichita.
