Helen Reiswig
Helen G. Reiswig, 89, died Nov. 18, 2006, at Kountze, Texas.
Born May 5, 1917, at Marion, she was the daughter of Clark and Martha (Schlotthauer) Johnston. She was raised in the Marion community.
She married Leo Reiswig and they lived and farmed in the Peabody area. He died in 1983.
For a time, she worked at Cessna as an upholsterer.
Survivors include two daughters, Geraldine Schuster of Sour Lake, Texas, and Elaine Budde of Claremore, Okla.; brother, Walter Johnston of Grove, Okla.; two sisters, Josephine Stroda of Marion and Elnora Siemens of Salina; seven grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. today (Wednesday) at Zeiner Funeral Home, Marion, with the Rev. Carl Helm officiating.
Burial will be in Marion Cemetery.
